The National Civic Art Society has pursued its mission through an impressive range of events heralding the resurgence of traditional design while exploring its ramifications for current issues of particular significance. The latter range from reforming preservation guidelines for additions to historic buildings to improving an important institutional building and public square in Washington, DC.
